Peter and the Wolf

My students got the opportunity to see Peter and the Wolf today.  It was performed by the Phoenix Theatre.  Until I got the book last night at the library, I did not know that it was a musical in which each of the different instruments were the characters in the story.  The music teacher arranges these performances for the whole school to see, and she does a wonderful job of preparing them for the event.  I wish that my students would get more opportunities to experience the arts.
